1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

1.1. Processing Time for Made-to-Order and Custom Items:

  • Standard Made-to-Order Items:
    Many of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of these items, processing time may take up to 2 weeks before the item is shipped. We ensure that every piece meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.

    • Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time, which will vary based on your selected shipping method.

  • Custom-Made Pieces:
    For custom pieces that involve design development, renders, and CAD drawings, the processing time may vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project.

    • The timeline is influenced by:

      • The design and rendering process.

      • The time taken for the customer to review and approve the final CAD drawing.

      • The production time, which can vary based on the chosen materials and intricacies of the design.

    • We will communicate an estimated timeline once the design is finalized and approved.

    • Your collaboration during the design approval process can help expedite production.

1.2. General Shipping Information:

  • We offer shipping services to customers within the United States and Puerto Rico. The shipping methods available and the estimated delivery timeframes are provided during the checkout process. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

  • The number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

  • If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.

1.3. Accuracy of Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.


2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Calculation of Shipping Cost:

  • The shipping cost for your order will be calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the weight or value of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

2.2. Important Note on Expedited Shipping:

  • Selecting expedited shipping does not prioritize or rush any personalized or made-to-order items. The expedited shipping timeframe starts once the item has been physically dispatched.

2.3. International Shipping:

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. Order Tracking

3.1. Tracking Information:

  • For orders that are shipped with a tracking service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

  • Please note that not all shipping methods include tracking. If your order is shipped without tracking, we will not be able to provide real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package.


4. Cancellations or Changes

4.1. Change or Cancellation Requests:

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjustments or cancellations, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • As our team works hard to dispatch your order quickly, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

  • For monogrammed and engraved pieces: Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel or update the order.


5. Address Changes and Re-Delivery

5.1. Accuracy at Checkout:

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure its accuracy.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
